When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days. Unless it’s a full moon or El Jefe is deep in strategic meditation. Rest assured, when it moves, it moves with purpose.

How long does delivery take?

Standard U.S. delivery takes 3–7 business days. Patience is a virtue. So is tracking your order.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery method. We don’t believe in hidden fees — just mysterious forces and premium packaging.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. If your item is unused, in its original condition, and hasn’t absorbed too much of your aura, you may return it within 30 days.

Tees, hats, tumblers, and other high-frequency goods may be exchanged or returned if they meet the above criteria.
Liquid Snow Bottle Water, however, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Not because we’re difficult—because it’s bottled glory. And glory doesn’t go backward.

Will I receive a confirmation email?

Yes. You’ll get one after your order is placed, and another once it ships. Each is digitally signed by the algorithm and spiritually notarized by Don Bravos’s team of invisible interns.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. Don Bravo moves with intention, not haste.
For now, our offerings are limited to the United States—but the world is watching, and borders are temporary.
International shipping is coming. When it arrives, you'll know. Or feel it.

Where’s my order?

Check your tracking email. If it’s not there, check your spam folder. If it’s still not there, pause. Reflect. Then email us: Info@DonBravoBrands.com. We’ll make things right (or weirdly better).

How should I care for my product?

Gently. Lovingly. With full awareness that you’re holding something the average person wouldn’t understand. Care instructions are included where necessary. If not, trust your instincts. Or don’t.
